Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using the RetailCore platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our enterprise POS and inventory systems.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RetailCore Systems ("RetailCore", "we", "us", or "our"), including our web interface, mobile applications, and point-of-sale hardware integrations (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not accept these terms and may not use the Service.

02 Use of Service

"RetailCore provides high-stakes technical infrastructure. Users must maintain operational security at all times."

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
  • Ensure that your use of the Service complies with all local, state, and international retail and tax regulations.

RetailCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate our security protocols.

03 Payments & Billing

All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

REFUND POLICY

Except as required by law, all payments are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.

Fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes. We use encrypted third-party processors to handle all financial transactions; RetailCore does not store full credit card information on our servers.

04 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RETAILCORE SYSTEMS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

Under no circumstances will RetailCore be responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account.
